I feel pinched now and then on the lower chest PM side. Is this normal? (a minute ago)

A properly implanted and adjusted pacemaker will not even be noticeable after you get over the surgery.
Pinch normal?

Such feelings are normal for even those without pacemakers. At first, we tend to be so on guard that we attribute even a sneeze to our pacemaker. Our defenses are always on guard. We feel every odd heartbeat, even though they've always been there. We feel every twinge, though they too have always been there. After some time, our body goes back to ignoring the small things.
From what you describe, it's certainly nothing I'd worry about. If it gets much worse, I'd call my doctors. If it got much, much, worse perhaps a visit to an urgent care or even ER if you felt that you were in real trouble.
But for now, it's unlikely that it has anything to do with your pacemaker.
