Are there any organizations or programs that would help a person to pay for Pacemaker Replacement Surgery?

In the USA, if you're low income you might qualify for medical assistance. If you have insurance they pay if it's warranted. You say replacement... take it that insurance has already paid for the initial placement. If so they will cover the next one when it's medically necessary.
