Heart failure very sick

I feel like i am dropping from an eleveator, tired, and like someone is holding me from my nick what is that, my EFT is 20% and i have a three virtecal pacemaker. I had two heart attach in june 2024 since that day i dont feel well. Please let me know what is the problem with me my doctor said its fine but i dont feel well

Did your doctor say you are fine, or you are stable?  If you are stable and there is nothing they can do to make it better, that can be called "fine." It's not fine, but it may be as good as it's going to get. Sometimes CRT (3 lead pacers) can help with EF, but it's not a magic fix. 20 is very low so it's not surprising you don't feel well. 

Have you discussed your meds with your doctor? Sometimes part of what you're feeling is the side effects, sometimes a different mix may work better. Or it may not, but it's worth asking and giving it a shot.
