Dissappointed

I have not visited this site for months and returned today in search of some information. In any case, after reading recent posts I have to say I am very much dissappointed. I've come across posts unrelated to the issue at hand "Pacemakers". It seems to me if people wish to post unrelated messages (i.e. jokes) that they do so on another site or send them personally to those who wish to receive them. When I come to this site I am coming for one purpose and one purpose only - questions regarding my pacemaker. I also like to see what types of pacemaker issues others are having and if I can give them advise or encouragement I do. I don't wish to step on anyone's toes but this site is invaluable to those of us who really need it. I would rather not have to shuffle through the messages to locate those that truly address what I believe this site is intended to be used for.

The jokes are placed under the jokes forum, they appear on messages for all to see, but they are also classified in their proper categories. In other words, they are posted twice.
If you visit the jokes forum right now, the " dreaded " joke is already there.

Starting Fresh Sounds Good

Good post, Jessie
Starting fresh is a good thing. We do this each morning when we get up. Lets have a good day, week, month & year.
I need this site very much, I don't have a lot of technical knowledge about PMs and I need all the help, advice, support I can get.
Keep posting everyone, we need you all!!
Take care,
NH

You say in your first sentence," I haven't visited the site in months", then complain. Cheeky!!!
I know what you mean...

I too am a little disappointed.
Disappointed in people who have to write how "disappointed" they are in this website.
The info is here (as people have already stated).
If you have a specific question, simply ask in the forum - you'll probably get your answer.
And maybe lightening up and "smelling the flowers might be of some help.
Sorry, but if you think you can create a better website -fly at er!!!
And further more...

It's easy, on the left side of this site, pick the forum related to the information you need; Condition & Meds, Complications, etc, and you'll be completely out of the so called unrelated posts.
Saves time too.
