hello I just want to let everyone know that tomorrow is the big day i go to lincoln nebraska and my doctor miller is removing my pacemaker and defib for good i . i have a broken wire from the recall my heart % was under 10% now it is over 45% the normal heart is 50% they say and since it don't work I decided to get it removed I had it since december of 2005 and never had a issue with it except for when the wire broke and it went off 14 times
I know there are not very many people that has this opportunity my doctor says about 1 in a million people
So I should go out and buy a lottery ticket maybe I will get lucky twice but at least I can say there is some one watching over me I will let everyone know how I'm doing when i get home tomorrow they say it won't take long addmit at 8 am and go home a few hours later but im leaving the wire in thank you to all the people who listens here this site is great thanks duane in nebraska

Hey! Way ta go!! Glad to hear that you're finially there! Good luck tomorrow and hang in there. Just as long as you don't think that it lets you off the pacemaker club ?! LOL Gotta hear about the post pacer life.
