Spring sneezes

This is going to sound crazy but here goes.
It is spring, and the pollen is everywhere! I find myself having violent sneezing attacks. When this happens my chest hurts a little. I don't know if hurt is really the right word cause it isn't like pain pain. It is more like a cross between pain and discomfort. In addition to that, I live in an apartment and every time the people upstairs drop something it startles me. The same thing occurs then. I get the pain/discomfort in my chest. I don't know if it is the muscles in my chest or if it could be something else. Does this happen to anyone else?

Yes, I have a lot of the same problems. I have allergies and feel everything when I sneeze also when the doors slam. I also feel when I am too close to my phone or other things. I always say my pm is just sensitive. I don't think much of it anymore just wait for the discomfort to go away.

Everyone in our house knows not to let the door suddenly bang. I find any surprise noise gives me discomfort and make me feel awful. So, no you are not nuts - maybe I am Cheers Billie
