doing very well

Hey guys,
I know i've done a bit of whining during the last 10 months, mostly about feeling pacing (usually during sleeping and waking me up many times per nite). But during the last 2 checkups they made adjustments that improved it to the point where I hardly notice it. YAY!
Mine is for syncope.
Lowered my minimun rate from 60 to 50 the first time, still pacing about 12-20 times/nite. Then lowered my pacing from 120 to 100. and adjusted one of the leads to hardly kick on at all (the ventricle I think). The node between atrium and ventricle seems to take care of the pacing for both chambers fine.
The cardiac geeks (spoken with utmost respect) on this site might be able to understand what I'm saying and explain it better. But what I want to say is "Life is Good."
Although your doc's may not want to make adjustments before you've had the unit a little bit, they may be able to help you if you have concerns after a while.
Off to play some of my folkie music!

Don't be afraid to ask your doc questions

My first ten days were very uncomfortable, and I called a couple to leave a message and make sure what I felt was within the normal range. And when after many months I felt things still needed adjusting, Dr. Sung took me seriously and since then it has been smooth sailing. I hope you will have a greatly improved life with your PM as I have.
