Pacemaker pressing?

I had a pm put in in Feb. 2007. It seems to have shifted or else its my imagination. It also seems to stick out on the corner especially when I move my arm just right. Now i have a little sack of fluid underneath my arm about 2 in. wide and about 4in. long. I just had physical and Dr. says dont worry. I think the pacer is pushing on my underarm muscle for I can feel it irritating there. I am fully endowed on top and the left one is forever pullng onthe area. Can they ever move these things over without opening the whole area up again?Things are beginning to sag anyway for I am 73 yrs. young but very active. Any ideas from my friends in pm club? ThanksDD
