swelling, feels like heart beating hard

Received my pm last December. I have lost a little weight, but not enough (I don't think) that it would make the pm show so much. Sometimes I get a lot of swelliing around it, I can feel the leads. IT was placed under my clavical. My doctor and surgeon have both checked it out and said it was fine, the leads are stable, but I just have a feeling that there is something not right. Any suggestions???? thanks.
