Eat something

You should definitely eat breakfast, even if it is just a bowl of cereal or some toast. Your sugar level is the lowest in the morning. That's why you felt like you were going to pass out.

Well, how about that. You answered your own question....

"Well I didnt eat anything this morning, had a coffee and i felt like what i did before i got my pm."

Now you need to understand something. Your body is trying to adjust to a new situation.... beating regularly. :-) It needs/requirers some fuel to do that. Please listen to your body. You need to eat. You need to sleep and you need to exercise.

Now... get yourself checked to be sure everything is in working order. Ask if you have any restrictions and then have something to eat, have some water and get some exercise and if you can find it some sunshine. Plus be sure you are getting some sleep too.

Just my take on your situation.

p.s. I was given the same advise. ;-) yes it worked!

Food = Fuel

Ay ay ay! You can't not fuel your body and expect to feel like an ironman, now can you?! That's like a hiker trying to start up a nice fire at the end of a long day and not having any fuel for it! The first 2 responses you got say it all!!!! You would have been better off if you would have even grabbed a piece of toast or an apple or some juice instead of that coffee!!!

We haven't talked in awhile and I hope all is going well for you (with exceptions to feeling crappy today).

Take Care!
