Adddios Tablets

OK have got use to having the pacemaker after five months, still have niggles but hey much better. One problem I have and that is with weight gain. I am on no meds but have put on a few pounds. Anyone tried these Addios Tablets, they are a herbal aid to slimming. You have to diet and exercise with them, normal for me anyway. I have taken two and then thought has anyone else tried these!

What is the opinion, are herbal tabs safe.

Bionic Beat.... you make me laugh. After my last DVT I was taken off all HRT. (I still take the High Blood Pressure meds, the ziac and a few other things)
So... into menopause overnight! I have come through it petty much in tack, however my hubby suffered a few misshapes along the way.

The weight gain has been interesting to say the least. I was never a very curvy woman until now. Round is a shape and there are now portions of me to prove the point... errr roundness! ha ha!

I have learned that not all weight gain is bad... just depends where it lands. I am walking daily and doing some gardening, learning how to throw pots and in general stay quite buys.

I would not recommend any diet pills. The ingredients are not monitored very well for most of them and can have potentially harmful substances that could do some damage to our hearts... Creating rapid heart beats, increasing the Metabolism, raising our blood pressure. That sort of thing. If you really want to control the weight gain, talk to your drs. get there imput first, maybe they can adjust the meds or change them?

Just my thoughts, take care,
Pacergirl

the comments above ae hilarious. i think no pils absolutely not. i thinking walking 40 minutes 5x aweek and eating right will solve the problem over a year but don't stop the metabolism. it slows down at a certain age. so my thoughts jess

I'd never heard of them, so I googled them and read "FreakinFucus" as well as some weight loss forum comments.

You can read them and decide for yourself but I'm leery of weight loss claims in general.

It's all about calories in/calories out. Pretty basic, eat less & move more.

I obviously, don't move enough and eat too much.

I'm in shape, cause round IS a shape.

I feel fabulous!

Thanks Guys

Well true round is a shape and that is the shape without pills that I will probably accept. Cycling now 10 miles per day and working out with weights. You never know!
