I think somethings wrong
Good Morning,
I have a questions and hope someone can help. This only happens when I attempt to sleep and its only happened a few times. I am drifting off to sleep and then I cant move, I can hear everything going on but I can't move. Tonight and another time I think I heard my box as I call it (Defibrallator 1 lead) BUZZING. The only reason I knew it was the box this time was because I had a mild pain in the chest and when I was finally able to move I still heard and felt the buzzing. Has this ever happened to anyone???? I didi a monitor reading but can't sleep and Im afraid to try...........

There is a condition called sleep paralysis and if you google "sleep paralysis" you will find lots of information. I found this at
http://watarts.uwaterloo.ca/~acheyne/S_P2.html (click on "Overview" in menu at the left):
"Sleep paralysis is a condition in which someone, most often lying in a supine [face-up] position, about to drop off to sleep, or just upon waking from sleep realizes that s/he is unable to move, or speak, or cry out. This may last a few seconds or several moments, occasionally longer."
From the same menu you can select "Preventing and Coping with Sleep Paralysis".
There are many other similar sites for you to explore but since I have no expertise in this area I cannot recommend one over another.
I agree with Tracy that you should, for your own peace of mind, mention to your doctor what has been happening.

Your device stores information regarding anything that goes on with it. Its easy for them to pull off all of your information but you sometimes have to demand it. At any rate if you think the buzzing is coming from your device, i would think you should have it interrogated and get the report for your recpords.Papa Knight
You know you're wired when...
Your ICD has a better memory than you.

It may be the first time we've felt a normal heart rhythm in a long time, so of course it seems too fast and too strong.

It sounds like you got zapped. Call and ask to be seen and to have your device interrogated.
