Gulf Coast Triathlon

I just wanted to send out a word of encouragement to those wondering if there life will ever get back to where it was before their PM implant: Today I competed in the GCT 1/2 Ironman in Panama City Beach, FL. My time was 6 hours 37 minutes.

I do not know the particular situation that surrounds all the PM wearers on this site, but do not quite living...do not quit striving to be the best that you can be.

By the way, my PM was implanted 1 year and 3 months ago!

I have a question-I am a runner, had my pm put in Dec 08. What should I expect as far as recovery time. I am running but I am slower and I quess I expected to be back to speed by now. Thank you for all your encouragement!

You know you're wired when...

You prefer rechargeable batteries.
