St. Jude Medical - Microny II SR+ 2525T

Hi everybody, I would like to know if there is someone who has or had the pacemaker St. Jude Medical - Microny? It is still the smallest pacemaker in the world. I have this one for 3 years now and it is pacing the ventricles in 100 % of time, I have complete AV block. Because it is so small, it has a small battery as well and I would like to know, how long time it can pace the ventricles on 100 % before changing it because of the battery. With the best regards to all of you ;-).

How much it paces is just part of how long it lasts. Your settings make a difference also. Every time they check it, they get an estimated remaining battery life. If you ask, they should be able to tell you.

Call the technical service dept of St. Jude Medical. If you have the programmed outputs they can tell you the estimated longevity. If you don't have them, get a copy of the printout at your next check.
