Talking blood pressure monitors

Do wrist monitors have magnets. Are they ok for us. Most must have pulse rate also??

The talking type may have a small magnet in the speaker, but it shouldn't be any problem.

They work on the same principle as an ECG, have a look at the web site about them

I use a wrist monitor

I use a wrist BP monitor ~ works great. No problem with my pacemaker. Much easier than the arm kind, and much smaller. Easier to travel with. May or may not be quite as accurate, but it is the overall picture my doctor likes to look at. Mine gives me BP and heart rate (pulse).

I believe they make very accurate ones and are also accepted by doctors to a larger degree. I've used a wrist model for years before PM and for 6 mos after PM.

Very interesting, where can they be obtained.

You know you're wired when...

You can take a lickin’ and keep on tickin’.
