track intervals

Ran a strong track workout yesterday, 20 X 400 with a 200 rest in between. Did almost all of them in 80 seconds (except for the 19th which I did in 76 seconds). I've run 39 miles this week, though I took Sunday off.
I had my Medtronic Adapta PM installed in August '08. I am 46. Stay fit. No excuses.

That is really great to hear. I love to run and do cardio workouts. I have an appointment on the 22 with the electrophysiologist to set up the appointment to put my pacemaker in. I was worried that I wouldn't feel up to getting back into my workouts. Hope it doesn't take long to feel up to it and to be allowed to do it.

Well done!!!!

I can run to the bathroom, pull everything down, and be sitting in a matter of seconds. I do this many times a day, even on Sundays.

I'm 35 and got my pacemaker a little over a year ago. It definitely is not a burden to me. In fact, I have more energy (which my husband enjoys), can do more things with my kids and have weight because of having the energy.
